The Role of Paving Worker

As an employee at NCC, you will work out in the field alongside your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform paving works. The work area is in Dalarna.

Help shape the future of paving works as an important part of our competent team at NCC Industry. Together, we work closely with clients and customers to create quality solutions in the paving area. With us, you will not only have a developing job but also a pleasant workplace.

Your Profile

We believe that you have a basic education at the upper secondary level, preferably in technology or construction. If you have experience in paving, that is a big plus. But above all, we value your personal qualities highly. We are looking for someone who loves challenges and enjoys being out in the field, both among our customers and colleagues. Your ability to collaborate, organizational skills, quality thinking, and drive are qualities that we place great importance on.

And don't forget, a B driver's license is a requirement for this position.

Additional Information

The position is a seasonal employment, and the work area is Dalarna, with placement in Mora or Borlänge. After one season, there is a possibility for permanent employment.
